Moving on to Texas
The main attraction for me in Texas is Big Bend National Park. That’s about 1,000 miles so I’m breaking it up with a few choice stops.
Entering Texas via I-10 there is a very nice welcome center.
Behind the welcome center is a swamp nature preserve.
Then on to a one night stop at Texas’ Village Creek State Park.
